Common questions
When am I asked for a card?
Never in the first 7 days. You sign up with just your email and get full access to the app straight away. A card is only requested if you choose to continue on day 8 by starting the Stripe checkout — and even then, Stripe won't charge it for another 7 days.
How do I cancel during the free trial?
In the first 7 days there's nothing to cancel — no card, no subscription, no charge. Just close the app. In the second 7 days (the Stripe trial), open Account → Subscription and click Cancel. You'll keep access until day 14 and will not be charged.
What happens at renewal?
On day 15 Stripe takes your first payment (£7.99 monthly or £99 yearly) and renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel any time from Account → Subscription — you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. UK 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Email hello@pagesoftheancestors.com from the address you used at checkout and we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
